Demo Privacy Statement

This statement applies to all demonstration services provided by Lab 317, including chatbots, assistants, and interactive tools deployed for client evaluation. Demo services are built on a shared technical stack; this statement describes how that stack handles information.

Overview

Lab 317 demo services are designed to collect as little information as possible. Demonstrations do not require accounts, authentication, or any personal information to use. No personal data is stored by Lab 317 in connection with demo interactions.

Your Messages

Messages you send during a demo session are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Lab 317 does not store your conversation on any server. Your chat history exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session and is cleared when you close or refresh the page.

Lab 317 does not permit AI providers to use conversation content for model training.

Information We Do Not Collect

Lab 317 demo services do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or browsing behavior data. We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking in our demo deployments.

Client-Side Storage

Demo services do not set cookies or use localStorage for tracking purposes. Conversation history is held in browser session memory only and does not persist beyond the active session.

Content Sources

Demo assistants respond using content from sources specified for each deployment — typically public-facing information provided by or associated with the client organization. Lab 317 does not access internal systems, confidential records, or unpublished information as part of a demonstration. The specific content source for any demo is disclosed in that demo's opening disclaimer.

Service Providers

Demo services operate through the following providers:

Anthropic — AI inference. Messages are processed through the Anthropic Claude API under Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy.

Railway — Application hosting and infrastructure. Demo applications are hosted on Railway's managed platform under Railway's terms of service.

These providers act as service processors under their respective agreements with Lab 317. Lab 317 does not sell or share data with any other third parties in connection with demo services.

Your Rights

Because Lab 317 does not store personal information from demo users, there is no personal data to request, correct, or delete. You may close or refresh the page at any time to clear your session history from browser memory.

Scope

This statement covers Lab 317 demo deployments only. For the Lab 317 main privacy policy, which governs our email agent services and primary website, see our Privacy Policy. Demo deployments are for evaluation purposes and are not covered by client service agreements until a paid engagement is established.
